Welcome to the New and Exciting Website for PICCP. We are based in Croydon, England but we are no way limited to only Croydon.
Since being relaunched as a registered Charity in 2003, PICCP has been able to reach out and benefit over 250 in the London area alone.
Over the next few months and years we are hoping to increase this number furthur more.
